Meet Our Team

Grantham obtained his LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2016. He then commenced his articles of clerkship at a well-established firm in the northern suburbs of Bellville in the Western Cape. He was admitted as an attorney in February 2019 and a notary public in November 2019.

Grantham gained valuable experience and exposure during his time with his first employer. He acted on behalf of one of South Africa’s biggest retailers and many municipalities in the Western Cape. In March 2023, Grantham joined a small firm in Paarl, situated in the beautiful Cape Winelands, that specialises in evictions.

In November 2023, Grantham registered his own law firm in Bellville in the Western Cape, where he currently practices as director and services a variety of clientele. He joined Van Rooyen & Efstratiou Inc in May 2024 as director as well and is excited about the opportunity to be part of such a prestigious and well-established firm.

Grantham has a keen interest in litigation. As a pragmatist, he quickly grasps his clients’ needs and follows through diligently and meticulously to achieve positive results.

Grantham specialises in commercial law, contractual disputes, administrative law, municipal law, insurance law, family law, evictions (ESTA & PIE), debt collection and general litigation. Grantham also provides the full notarial service.

When Grantham takes the odd break from practising law, he enjoys watching sports, travelling, cooking, and spending time with his friends and loved ones.
